I had my first session with Amy a little while ago. I really didn’t think I was going to relax as there was so much on my mind. Oh my goodness, I relaxed instantly and was so deep in the state of relaxation that it was much too much effort to move an inch of my body. It was lovely afterwards and helped me deal with my thoughts and feelings in a much calmer way. I felt safe and looked after before the session, during the session and after the session. I just wanted to share something pretty amazing that happened today. I had to get in touch with xxx, we had the most civilised, unpressurised conversation we have ever had. I had none of the old defences or anxiety at seeing xxx and xx didn't try to control the conversation or get me to justify or explain anything. Absolutely astonishing.. We have never sat and chatted like that. It was like all the old water was under the bridge. still can't believe it. Thank you again, I feel a hundred times lighter"

Session length & energy exchange:
I usually like to allow 2 hours for a session (cup of tea, session time & de brief) however sometimes this over runs, which is absolutely fine and as it should be. I believe sessions are as long as they are meant to be and I'd much rather you receiving the healing you need than clock watch. Sessions are delivered in person on The Isle of Wight, UK, or online via Zoom. Bookings can be made by email or telephone.
* Please note: I also receive offline bookings, so do drop me a note / booking with a provisional date, and we can then have a dialogue about what works x
Session price: Adults: £60, Children/Teens £30 (60 min). £5 from each paying session is put into a 'Pay It Forward' fund to help others access sessions.
