Like most beautiful and useful inventions, this daily planner was born when I firstly wanted something to keep me on track with my Mindfulness. And then during a session, I mentioned this to a beautiful customer who loved the idea, and so I customised one there and then for her to use..... she has been using it ever since.
Options for this are to have my original design, or I can personalise one for you to include key aspects of what you feel would make the most perfectly Mindful day for you.
How do I use the planner?
To provide complete flexibility on how you use this, I will email you the PDF. Having it as a file gives you the freedom to:
a) print it out as an A4 and laminate it so it lasts forever
b) print it out A5 size (2 to a page) and have one for each day like a journal
c) open it on Canva (I will send you the correct file) and have it printed into a booklet
c) Prefer digital? No problem, you can save it onto your phone (as a lock screen is really effective) or onto your tablet or computer screen, and check in with it during the day.
If you order the original design, I will send this by return. If you order a personalised one, I'll email you to see what things would encourage you to have the most Peaceful Day and then I'll get it over to you.
